JLM Speech-Langauge Services is a private practice providing speech therapy services in Enfield, Connecticut. At this practice you will receive expert analysis and treatment for communication disorders. The unique and individualized approach is what will make the difference for you and your family. OUR SERVICES
Therapy is provided to both children and adults. We have worked with children as young as 18 months and people with many types of communication disorders. This ranges from Autism to Stuttering to Late Talkers.
Initially a speech-language evaluation will be recommended and administered to the client. The evaluation is not always needed if the person who requires therapy has had an evaluation completed recently or has a current IEP from a school district. Results from this evaluation or review of reports will lead to a plan of care for therapy services. These services will be provided by interventions with evidence-based practice. Proper accommodations and customization will be provided to fit the need and find the best possible outcome.

Jodi L. McKenna, M.S., CCC-SLP
OUR FOUNDER
Jodi L. McKenna is a licensed speech-language pathologist in Massachusetts and Connecticut. She is a current member of the American Speech Hearing Association, holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). She has graduated with a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Worcester State University.
Jodi has been working in this field for over 22 years. Employment experiences include private practices, specialized school for speech-language disabilities, public school districts, hospitals, nursing homes, visiting nurse services, day habilitation sites, and early intervention services.
